Many judges & attorneys nationwide have committed atrocities against home owners participating in fraudulent foreclosures.
These foreclosures began when folks getting simple home loans were unaware that the lender, broker & ESCROW agent at title company plotted a scheme against them. In the latest installment of information, thousands of mortgage documents revealed that when you applied for a home loan, the crooks did too. They used your information to apply for loans in the millions collectively stealing from lenders & banks. Thieves would have money wire transferred through escrow accounts at the banks or in the case of some title companies actually owned banks. This money would be  re directed to the players tax free  in the scheme. Checks made out to them and the falsifying of HUD statements truth in Lending, Good Faith estimate, and closing fees needed that appear on falsified settlement sheets.

FDIC in most cases would shore up cash in banks to hide the fraud caused primarily by mortgage loans. In return these people would never get charged with a crime because you weren't aware of what happen only that your having trouble with you loan. 
Many lenders found out their own employees stole millions from them, but were also told to screw you over as well falsifying documents signing your name to loan which many say they never saw a notary or went to title company to close loan. The title companies under Fidelity National Financial allegedly upholds many of their escrow agents that documents validate have participated in these schemes. But equally important is the fraud at the hands of District court Judges & attorneys who do foreclosures for crooked banks & lenders.

In the movie RATS many folks saw the signatures of judges & foreclosure attorneys that don't match from one case to the next.  
Many of the attorneys allegedly were signing the names of the judges and making it open to sound minds to believe judges are either taking bribes in the form of preloaded debit cards, home loans -2-3 a year on same home or bank wire transfers from these title companies escrow accounts to judges. 
Again we thank the team of concerned citizens for providing documents to make a claim upon which relief can be granted.. This phrase is used when the crooks don't want to do right by those they've cheated.

Most of their crimes is based on greed. What's new with this? They haven't been caught in the same manner they harm you.

Every city has a recorder of deeds at the court house keeping track of mortgages, deeds
foreclosures. 

What you are going to do is simply go there and randomly pull names of foreclosures that have appeared in your local paper or the legal news paper in your city. 

This gives access to foreclosures past & present. just contact them to get back issues 2-3 years back. See who was busting out the most foreclosures in your city.

Get the case # of foreclosures, look them up through county web site for district court or by name of defendant listed in paper.

Make a list 20-30 names.  Go to court house see how many of the same attorneys & judges were involved.

 Just get copies of their signatures where judge & attorney signed orders or documents involving foreclosure.

Somethings looks weird, most of the signatures don't match.  This is a very telling case of fraud within the proceedings of the foreclosure. 

Go to the rules of civil procedure for your state to check statues of frauds and attorneys or judges doing so. Go to the attorney bar associates & look of rules of conduct.  

File your complaint and maybe have a petition with 100 signatures to go in with this complaint.  These folks must be removed from positions of authority. 

Call for a meeting with citizens in your area and give them only truthful information that reveals judges & attorneys signing documents that aren't actually in their own hand.

You may want to go public and have your open gathering outside the courthouse allowing flyers to speak your truth.

Find out when these judges are up for re-election and make it know that your town wants them removed based on the facts. 

Social media is useful, but you must be truthful and do this in a honest manner.

Are these attorneys using ROBO signed fraudulent documents to take homes.  If this is where you need help yourself get the facts comparing all documents from title company, bank, servicer, or whatever you have. Get documents from the courthouse too.

Again many of the judges are selected because they will go along with this fraud. 

If you need to take copies of signatures to handwriting expert do it. This cost but if you have a group go in on it it would be much. 

The more folks know about these fraudsters the better off your city is and this will put a major dent in this evil.   The banks that have contracted to do business with them must be sanctioned.  

They are keenly aware of what services they are paying for to do these foreclosures. 

In one of the episodes of RATS this is made evident how much money is based in fraud committed by judges & attorneys alike. 

Have your legislature introduce stiff sentences for this. 

This maybe tuff because many of them of attorneys but if they won't do it then you get in there and run and win.

How many of these fraudsters have homes in Aspen, Hawaii, Boco Raton and Europe? HOW MANY are making their "OWN" car payment or mortgage or college ed for the kids? Bribes come in various forms. 

Docs have surfaced where attorneys set up phony LCC to hide property in they bought back in foreclosure for buddie attorneys like "Atcheson".


Is it possible that these fraudulent documents presented as evidence can be over turned? or Quiet title action filed for victims?

Stern may be known as the mortgage industry's "foreclosure king," but he may soon lose his authority to practice law in Florida.

Stern's empire shut down in 2010, after employees went public with allegations that they were given cars, jewelry and even houses in exchange for falsifying and forging documents. 

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Stern's largest clients, canceled contracts with the David J. Stern law firm.Years after the Florida Bar started investigating Stern, it wants to disbar him. 

This week, Judge Nancy Perez agreed. In her report, she said Stern, "created chaos on the courts of the state of Florida, prejudicing the whole system as a whole.

"Perez's recommendation for disbarment still needs to be approved by the Florida Supreme Court, and Stern could appeal.

During the housing downturn, many lenders turned to Stern's law firm to handle foreclosures because he took houses away from homeowners quickly.Tampa Bay foreclosure defense attorney Mike Wasylik testified during Stern's 5-day trial earlier this month. 


Wasylik represents homeowners in foreclosure cases and discovered problems with notarizations."He was responsible for overseeing thousands, upon, thousand of foreclosure cases, in which many people lost their homes," Wasylik said in an interview.

He went on to say, "The evidence presented to the bar shows these documents were systematically forged and falsified for the sole purpose of being presented to the courts. 

What that means is that people have lost their homes, based on evidence that was not accurate, not true."Many local homeowners found problems with signatures on their foreclosure documents, handled by Stern's office. 

One of those was the case of Anita and Troy Howell of Pinellas County. When state authorities began investigating Stern in 2010, their case fell into limbo."It's so frustrating when you try to do the right thing and it turns around on you," Troy Howell said. 

"We both work, we go in everyday, we have good jobs now and pay our bills."The disbarment recommendation still needs the approval of the Florida Supreme Court, and Stern could appeal.

Foreclosure defense attorneys say this action could pave the way for them to win more cases. That's because thousands of Stern's Florida's cases are still in legal limbo, and they say any document handled by Stern's firm is tainted and can't be relied upon by the court.
