One KCMO city official received fixed rate from Ameriquest, how is this possible? Another city officials loan documents were signed by Crystal Moore and Brian Bly as paid in full. These two were featured in 60 minutes ROBO signing episode.
 
These 2 worked together NP & LW. both of their homes are allegedly paid off, both had multiple loans on same house in short order.  Allegedly they both signed off on property that sat in Land Trust for years which should have been sold years ago, but hidden so developers and CDC 's could get it. Including Neighborhood housing services, allegedly, some of this property was bought then deeded to Nutter's Kansas City Improvement and Investment  then over to Neighbor housing Services. For years R. Newsome was over Land Trust allegedly
had office in Nutters mortgage building.
 
Allegedly docs show Nutters enterprise at the same location as the NHS. WOW!
 
Allegedly, In some cases deceased peoples names were put on Land Trust properties that had been there since the 1960's. The problem folks records revealed that the grantee/owner never owned the property at all and in a few cases one was the building inspector who originally wrote up the property 40 years ago.
 
The guy never owned this land. Some had come from probate and had been allegedly hidden off the land records for years to conceal this. When money came in for CDC's  to build, property surfaced and was sold so that houses or senior citizen buildings could be built.
 
These properties never showed up on the cities buildings list for over 30-40 years.  Amazing the folks that have their homes paid off allegedly participated in a cover up and even ran the property through Chicago Title and other title companies with the explicit name of who they wanted to handle (process) this questionable deed.  Then the Jackson County court house filed this deceit allegedly going along with the fraud.  WOW! 
 
What did former Mayor Mark Funkhouser know about this? He had quite a few home loans too on the same house.....You'd think being the city auditor you might manage $ better, why so many home loans?
 
Most folks refinance rarely but there's a pattern with top level officials and congress folks and judges.....

Believe this folks.  remember our segment on Singer Tarpley Jones lawfirm.  Our sources just sent this in.  It appears that this law firm not only has used thousands of robo signed mortgage documents to foreclose on Kansas & Missouri homeowners but allegedly knew the documents were fraudulent.
 
It appears Matthew Cleverley Washington State Attorney who is allegedly associated with Fidelity National Financial the parent company of Nations, Chicago Title & 1st American which is involves with sub=prime meltdown.  Allegedly is doing some very interesting things with mortgage documents and Sheldon Singer principal of this law firm allows documents to presented in courts for foreclosure.

Regarding interesting relationships between loan servicers, trustees and MERS, check out the firm of McCarthy & Holthus; whose managing members are all officers of Quality Loan Servicing in Washington State; servicing loans for numerous lenders; the managing partner of its Washington state location,

Matthew Cleverly, is also the registered agent and managing principal for Quality Loan’s Washington State location, and I’ve no doubt, an officer of MERS. They tout their expertise in bankruptcy matters, especially in Relief from the Automatic Stay.

The same principlal of the Quality Loan Washington State, and Managing Partner of McCarthy Holthus in Washington, was recently made an example of in Idaho Bankruptcy Court for, I believe, 6 different cases where the Court denied all of his motions based on MERS lack of standing and not being a real party in interest.

The bankruptcy judge also pointed out the ridiculous manner in which assignments were made in an attempt to prove standing to foreclose – basically called him. Matthew Cleverley" a fraudulent attorney with fraudulent clients. Decision July 7, 2009 Terry L. Myers – Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge – Idaho


How many of these allegedly fraudulent assignments did this law firm deal out?
This would allegedly mean this law firm could be in tons of do-do folks.  Mers allegedly was first done by James B. Nutter folks.  Tarpley was also an election board official in Kansas City.  Is Nutter some where near by folks?

CHICAGO TITLE SANITIZING FILES AFTER BORROWER ASKS TO SEE COMPLETE FILE, LEAVING A LENDERS COPY IN FILE DEVOID OF SETTLEMENT SHEET AND TITLE REPORT.
 
BORROWERS DECEASED FATHER IS STILL ON THE DEED FROM 1972, CHICAGO TITLE STILL CLOSES LOAN. 
 
ALSO SEE COPY OF SETTLEMENT STATEMENT THAT SHOWS ARGENT WAS TO PAY MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS A BROKER IN OLATHE, KANSAS $1,968 DOLLARS FOR SERVICES.
